Carne Salata Malenca

This cured beef will just melt in your mouth. We will be slicing it super thin and serving it with parmesan and a few bitter leaves. As well as it's super silky texture the beef has a wonderful aromatic pepper spice flavour. This comes from the beef being cured in a bath of salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves then being dried and lightly smoked, ready to be eaten straight away.
